You are unique and your practice should be too!  Private sessions allow us to work together toward your precise goals, whether you want to touch your toes, deepen your breath or learn how to meditate.  If you want to see results, private sessions are without a doubt the ideal way to practice.

Many beginners prefer to work individually because they feel awkward, intimidated or overwhelmed when they are starting a yoga practice.  Some clients have specific injuries or challenges that require more individual instruction than is available in a class.  Often, several one on one sessions will give you the confidence and foundation to feel comfortable in group classes.  I also have clients who love personalized attention and prefer to work privately on a regular basis.
