Restorative Yoga is a restful practice proven to relieve stress and anxiety, ease back and neck pain, reduce headaches and improve sleep. It’s a wonderful way for those with limited mobility to experience and receive benefit from yoga. Even if you are healthy and flexible, restorative yoga offers relaxation and renewal.

Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is a systematic process of deep relaxation – a guided meditation in which all you do is lie down and listen. Yoga Nidra is known to reduce stress, improve sleep, help overcome addictive patterns, heal psychological wounds and bring about a sense of peace and joy.
